We do have access to verified mine owners but they only want to proceed after they see official LOI from potential clients. It’s normal because there are too many mafias in this business. After we receive your official LOI, we will look into our mine partners and tell them what you need. They will reply with their mine address and official statement of what they can offer to you. Of course we will then forward all the papers to you since you are the buyer.

Basically, here are the steps to buy Indonesian coal from our verified miners:

1. Send us the official LOI to inquiry@indonesiancoalsellers.com
2. We will forward your LOI to one of our miners whom we believe can meet your details
3. The miner then will need a few days to reply with official statement
4. We will forward the answer directly to you
5. If both parties agree, we will then proceed with signing contracts as well as followup from buyer’s representative to check the mine.
6. We will proceed the deal as written in the contract

We can assure you that we are the only broker in this transaction so it would always look like this: buyer -> us -> seller. That’s why we are only looking for end buyers and we only deal with verified mine owners.
